Cancellation Policy

Pursuant to the receipt and acceptance of the Application for Admission, this “Summer Program Agreement” is entered into by and between The Learning Landscape (hereinafter: “TLL”), and Client, or the parent(s) or guardian(s) whose signatures appear below. The parties hereto accept the following terms and conditions governing the Student’s enrollment at TLL during the session: July 8-19, 2024. Summer Program Payment is due with the signed contract by (check/credit card) made payable to The Learning Landscape. Only until TLL has received this fully signed and completed Agreement and payment, will the Client be registered for the Program. Any cancellations or changes must be made on or before June 28, 2024. A $ 250.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations made prior to June 28, 2024. If any changes or cancellations are made from June 28, 2024, and after, all payments will be forfeited and are non-refundable. By signing this contract, the undersigned Client/guardian acknowledges 1) responsibility for the payment of tuition for their or his/her enrollment according to the correct, approved, and confirmed schedule as agreed upon by the Client and TLL, 2) reading, understanding, and agreement of all tuition, facility, program, and center policies and services, and 3) understanding and agreement that each Client or parent/guardian signing this contract is "Responsible for Payment." Release and Hold Harmless As part of the consideration for participation in the Summer Program, I hereby release, hold harmless, and forever discharge The Learning Landscape, its employees and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Client or my child or to any property belonging to me or my child while my child is participating in the program, except for damages caused by the negligence of the TLL, its agents and employees. Assumption of Risk I am fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with this program. I acknowledge that I/my child’s participation in this activity is elected by me and not required. I/we hereby enroll the above-named Client in the following Summer Program and have read and agree to the Policies and Procedures of The Learning Landscape.
